What The Mythos Does
The Mythos is a custom Discord bot built exclusively for Elys Astra. It bridges the gap between your Discord account and your in-game dinosaur, giving players a easy way to manage progression, earn rewards, and interact.
Behind the scenes it also powers the moderation tooling that keeps the server fair, logging infractions, handling reports, and giving staff the tools they need to act quickly and consistently.
Key Features
Account Linking
Connect your Discord account to your Alderon Games ID using /link in Discord
and !link in-game.
Economy
Earn and spend Marks and Survival Points through the shop, player market and mystery boxes. Your inventory lives in the bot.
Progression & Mutations
Assign mutations, genetics, blessings, and roles to your dinosaur. Earn Elder tiers through migration buffs, claim Nomad and Alpha roles, and carry progress between servers.
Moderation
Report rule breaks with /report, appeal infractions with
/appeal, and check your record with
/warnings.
In-Game Commands
Seasonal buffs, migration growth, nest building, teleportation, and more - all triggered directly from in-game chat commands.
Logging & Audit
Every action taken through the bot is logged. Staff have access to a full audit trail of commands, moderation events, and player history through the admin panel.
